Got to do a 3 hour kata practice with some of our Seattle members a little while back.  Looking forward to the next one!

This fall both Paul and Ariana advanced at the kyu test.  Nice work you two.  Keep up strong practice!

Arriana, Paul, and Katie Burrows are training hard for the upcoming kyu test.  They are looking sharp.  Also had a few new black belts stop in and practice with us.  Hope to see more of you, Bill and Matt.  

Ariana and Paul both advanced to 7th Kyu at this year’s spring Kyu Test.  So proud of all of their hard work.  Congratulations Ariana and Paul!
